Job Description:
Coordinate with internal departments on order follow up and handle customers general enquiries
Provide sales support to senior mgmt and sales team in all aspects and assist in the operation of the sales team
Handle all kinds of document management and maintain the filing system in a systematic manner
Assist in preparation of price quotation and materials for presentation.
Requirement:
F. 7 or above
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Native English preferable)
Proficiency in MS Office: Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to handle business correspondence independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work effectively with all levels.
